about

This is a song about a trip I made to Carnarvon Gorge or Takarakka as it should be called, and the soul mending properties of this magnificent site. Takarakka means peace and tranquillity, it's the perfect place to go to unwind and get back to basics. I've used the stepping stones in the song as euphemism for moving forwards.
